This website is dedicated to the memory and artworks of my father Carmel Volto Sant Orsini. An artist and sculptor originally of Città Vittoriosa (Birgu) Malta. Carmel lived, studied in Malta, Rome, Paris and eventually London where he settled.

 

My father's art comprised landscapes, portraits, still life and sculpture. The latter made from scrap metal for which he became renowned. He also exhibited his works around the UK and sold many of his pieces to international buyers. These are now held in numerous private collections around the world. He also produced works on commission.

 

I have designed and built this website to catalogue my father's work and to provide a background for those who have purchased examples of his art. I am also in the process of adding new paintings to this website.
